And also you can use designers services.
2. Property management services
OSCAR INVESTMENT provides property management service for all types of properties with the following services, Arrangements of routine maintenance of the property The payment of property related invoices – For instance; Utility bills (water & electricity), Maintenance contracts, Service charges etc. Visiting the property at once a mounth to ensure that it is being maintained with detailed reports provided upon request . Providing pool keeping and gardening services, Providing cleaning service, Providing security services, Providing Rental Services..
3. Residence Permit
Owners of the turkish real estate can receive residence permit. For this purpose it is necessary to address after purchase in embassy of Turkey, having shown TAPU (the document certifying the property rights).
